Services Provided
Devon the Dietitian provides virtual nutrition counseling services to women in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. Services are provided by Devon Kroesche, MS, RDN, LDN, a licensed Registered Dietitian.

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
This website and the services offered are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are booked through Healthie. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a fee.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, and I require a credit card on file. I do not bill insurance directly; a superbill is available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

No Guarantee of Results
Nutrition counseling outcomes vary by individual. I do not guarantee specific results from working together.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Devon the Dietitian and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devon the Dietitian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
